Managers - Unique species

Ever wondered how many of us have complained about our managers ? Almost everyone I know has not been very happy with his / her manager atleast on a few occasions. Lucky are those for whom these occasions are rare. Some day the person complaining about his / her manager will become one him / her self. Little do they realise that their juniors are complaining about them as well .... !!!
Anyways ... I was just giving a little thought and decided to classify the managers M and their sub-ordinates S...

1. M who hardly work, yet complain about S who do not work
2. M who hardly work and fail to recognise S who really work
3. M who really work and complain about S who do not work
4. M who really work and fail to recognise S who really work.

I think the most dangerous of them all are M who feel threatened with the capacity and talent of S. Beware of this species .... they do not make work a pleasurable experience.
